We process this data to respond to your inquiry and take pre-contractual steps under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Form protection Where enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile protects the form against automated submissions and misuse. Technical connection data may be processed for this purpose. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in keeping this website secure under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Storage of your cookie choice The strictly necessary first-party “amh_cookie_consent” cookie stores whether you rejected or allowed analytics, together with the version and time of your choice. It contains no contact or form data and expires after 180 days. The legal basis is Section 165(3) of the Austrian Telecommunications Act 2021 because this storage is necessary to respect your privacy choice. Audience measurement with PostHog Only with your consent, we use PostHog Cloud EU, an analytics service provided by PostHog, Inc. whose European cloud infrastructure is operated in Frankfurt. We collect page views, clicks, cursor movement and scroll behaviour, explicitly defined interactions with buttons, the gallery, language selection, and contact options, technical performance and exception data, heatmaps, and masked session recordings. The data may include the page path, referring source and campaign parameters, browser and device information, and a pseudonymous identifier. Your IP address is technically transmitted to PostHog when the connection is established. Automatic interaction capture is limited to clicks on links and buttons. Text and element attributes are masked in this process. Input fields are masked in session recordings; the entire inquiry form is additionally excluded from session recordings and automatic capture. Form contents and console output are not sent to PostHog. Person profiles remain disabled. PostHog browser storage is limited to no more than 180 days. Analytics data is deleted when it is no longer required for evaluation; the PostHog project’s deletion periods are reviewed regularly. The legal basis is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 165(3) of the Austrian Telecommunications Act 2021. You can refuse without disadvantage and withdraw or renew your consent at any time through “Cookie settings” in the footer with effect for the future. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it. Recipients and retention Data is available only to people and processors who need it to handle the inquiry, operate the website securely, or deliver email. We retain inquiry data only for as long as necessary to respond, continue potential business discussions, and comply with statutory retention obligations. Your rights Subject to the applicable legal requirements, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, or object to processing.
